The remaining Turnover comes from other activities such as electronic surveillance etc.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A). the prices are inclusive of the following:

Salaries inclusive of overtime  for public holidays

Employee benefits as per UAE labor Law including holidays pay, Air ticket every 2 years .

Recruitment expenses including visa expenses as per UAE laws

End of services benefits including repatriation costs, indemnity

Training and licensing fees as per UAE laws and BPSS international standards

The above costs include providing a reliever for weekly offs or overtime for a weekly offs:

B). Payment terms:

The clients will be invoice by the end of each month and payment to be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. In case of any variation in the services, a separate invoice credit note shall be generated be Black Horse Security Services which can be adjusted with next payment.

C). variation in payment terms:

In case due to change in the laws of UAE, shall be allowed to revise the rate as per mutual agreement Black Horse Security Services.

The above offers are valid for the period of 1 month from the date of proposal.
